DMCA Policy — Kowroi
Kowroi respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. Kowroi complies with the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at:

We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
To Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that any content on Kowroi has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., a URL).
- Your contact information – including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
To Submit a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown, and you have the rights to post it, send us a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may send it to the original complainant. If they do not take legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may reinstate the content at Kowroi’s discretion.
